Please take notice that the Town of Theresa Town Board adopted Chapter 26, Ordinance To Regulate the Sale and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in the Town of Theresa’s Code of Ordinances at its February 6, 2023 Town Board meeting. This Ordinance adopts Chapter 125 of the Wis. Statutes. The Town’s ordinance can be read on this  website under the Government, then Ordinance tabs.
